Message generation

Per-account drafting using your company profile, industry template, and what the AI learns about the account.

Inputs the AI sees

  • Your company profile — name, value angle, signature.
  • Target account — public info, industry, recent activity.
  • Industry template — tone and value-angle bias.
  • Compliance footer — appended if enabled.

Default prompt shape

text
You are writing one outbound message to {company_name}.
- Tone: {template.tone}
- Value angle: {template.valueAngle}
- Sender profile: {company_profile}
- Account context: {account_summary}

Write a single contact-form message under {max_chars} characters that:
1. Names a specific reason this account is relevant.
2. Proposes a clear next step.
3. Avoids generic praise and obvious template phrases.
Output only the message body.

Templates

Templates set tone and value-angle per industry. Edit them under Settings → Templates.

Length and language

  • Default max: 600 characters (configurable).
  • Language follows the account's site language unless overridden.
  • Compliance footer counts toward the limit.

Tuning

  • Lower the temperature for more conservative copy.
  • Add "forbidden phrases" to discourage clichés.
  • Add "preferred phrases" to match your brand voice.
  • Switch models per task — see Configuration.

What humans should still do

Read every draft in the approval queue. The AI gets most drafts right, but human judgment is non-negotiable for tone, relevance, and edge cases.
