3Local-first software operation

Sales Claw is a local-first desktop application. Data you enter and collect via the software is stored only on your PC; it is not sent to our servers. Local files include settings.json, action-log.json, contact-history.json, targets.xlsx (your input), and a screenshots/ directory. You can edit or delete these directly to manage your data. We have no means of accessing them.

4Submissions to AI providers

When the software invokes an AI CLI (Anthropic Claude / OpenAI Codex / Google Gemini), prompts for account research or message generation — which may include publicly available company information, your own profile, and message drafts — are sent to the corresponding AI API. Each provider's privacy policy and data-processing terms apply:

Please review each provider's policy before use.

5Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure usage. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect page views, referrer, browser/OS, language, country (inferred from anonymized IP), and session ID. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location. IP addresses are anonymized via the anonymize_ip setting. Data retention is 14 months (GA4 default).

GA4 honors Google Consent Mode v2: by default, analytics cookies are denied and are enabled only after you accept on the cookie banner. Opt out anytime via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6Google AdSense (advertising)

To fund operations, we display ads via Google AdSense. AdSense and Google ad partners (including DoubleClick) may use cookies, web beacons, device IDs, and ad IDs to display personalized ads based on your visits across sites. Consent Mode v2 keeps these cookies deniedby default; they are enabled only after you select "Accept all" on the cookie banner.

To opt out:

7Cookies

This site uses functional cookies (theme, consent state), analytics cookies (GA4 — opt-in), and advertising cookies (AdSense / DoubleClick — opt-in). You may disable cookies via your browser, though some features may not work correctly.

8Third-party transfers

We do not share personal data with third parties except: (1) with your consent; (2) when required by law; (3) for protection of life, body, or property; (4) for public-health needs; or (5) when assisting public agencies.

9Cross-border transfers

Personal data may be transferred (as a processor) to: Google LLC (US — analytics, AdSense), Vercel Inc. (US — hosting / CDN), Resend, Inc. (US — transactional email), and AI providers (Anthropic / OpenAI / Google, US — inference). Each provider maintains GDPR-compatible and SOC 2 / ISO 27001-class controls. Refer to their privacy policies for details.

10Security measures

We implement organizational, personnel, physical, and technical safeguards including TLS 1.2+, access controls, access logging, WAF (Vercel), and routine patching.

11Your rights

You may request notification of purpose, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party transfer of your personal data (APPI Articles 28–35). For verification we may ask for ID. Contact us via the form below or by email.

12EU/EEA users (GDPR)

Users in the EU/EEA have rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), portability (20), objection (21), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (77). Legal basis for transfer is your explicit consent (cookie banner) or processing necessary for performance of a contract.

13Minors

This service is intended for adults. Minors should obtain consent from a legal guardian before use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy due to legal changes or service updates. Material changes are announced on this site. The updated Policy takes effect when posted.
