Workflow overview
The end-to-end pipeline: from sourcing accounts to a logged submission.
1. Source accounts (List Builder)
Describe target criteria — industry, region, headcount, keywords — and the AI returns ranked candidates. The list builder dedupes against your contact history and applies your exclusion rules. See List Builder.
2. Approve targets
Review the candidates. One click rejects accounts you do not want to contact — they are saved to the do-not-contact list so they never reappear.
3. Draft messages
For each approved account, the AI drafts a contextual message. The draft uses your company profile, the industry template, and what the AI inferred about the account. See Message generation.
4. Pre-send approval
Every draft goes to the approval queue. You see the filled form as a screenshot, can edit copy in place, and approve one-by-one or in batches. Nothing is sent without approval.
5. Submission
Playwright drives a real browser to the target's contact form, fills in the values, and submits. CAPTCHA detection stops the run and surfaces it for human handling. The pre-send screenshot, console output, and network response are written to the audit log.
6. Tracking
The Sent view shows every completed submission, the timestamp, and the result. Optional Outlook integration highlights accounts that replied.
